No. Not another salesman.

Hi Prospect,

I hear it in your voice when I call you: “Ugh! Another eager salesperson pushing for my business. I don’t have time for this.” I get it.

Here’s me when I call you: “Ugh! They think I’m just another pushy used car salesman pestering them for their business.”

Not me. I’m not that person. I’m different. Hear me out…

Ok, I will admit. I have found myself star-struck by some business professionals and, in wanting so badly to ask for their autograph, I may have come across a little pushy. But, I did check you out before I called you. I’ve done my homework, and when I hit you up for business, you’ll know it’s because I know I have something that will help you, and that I think it would be thrilling to work with you.

I want you to know something about me as a sales professional. I live, work and breathe to help you achieve your business goals. Of course, I do well when you do well, which is why, when you tell me to take a hike (nicely, I hope), I take it to heart. Why would I want to waste my time on someone that doesn’t see the value I will bring to their business?

However, that doesn’t guarantee you’ll never hear from me again. After all, I would be doing a disservice to you if I didn’t try to help your business by earning your business. I work for THE best company in this industry, and with my experience in helping businesses just like yours better achieve their goals, you know you are in the best hands, even if that means making a change. You see, timing is what it is. I met you when I met you, but just because I didn’t meet you sooner doesn’t mean I don’t have something to offer you that will benefit your business. My professional history includes the education, experience, services and exchangeable goods that have proven hugely successful to others exactly like you.

So… I personally have tools that will help your business. You haven’t met me before, but, rest assured, I’m here now.

I know your current provider delivers value to you, but it’s wise to occasionally open the doors to what else is out there. Does anyone have a blackberry anymore? Time passes and, as it does, we adjust our needs to what is being offered in the marketplace. Every industry is the same. Nothing in life is the perfect solution forever, and nothing is “FREE”. Your business is constantly evolving, and the choices you make today will affect your bottom line tomorrow.

You never know. Some options you are don’t even know about could be costing you money. Blissful ignorance at its best. Do your homework. I want to help – that’s my agenda. Maybe I can help you look at it from all angles and determine what will be best for your business. After all, this is what I do all day.

Once upon a time there was you… you and your dream of being a successful (and stinking rich) business professional. I’ll be there to help you when you need it. I’m not a cheesy salesman with a single-minded agenda for just my own self. I honestly want the best for you, even if it’s not me or my company.
